Privacy notice

This notice explains how the operator of potential.net (to be confirmed) handles information submitted through potential.net. Each company in the network has its own website and its own privacy notice for its services.

What we collect

• The details you enter in an enquiry: your name, email, organisation and a description of the need.
• Optional details you choose to add, such as your function, country, timing or phone number.
• For partner introductions, a third party's name and email only when you confirm they agreed to an introduction. Otherwise we accept an anonymised outline.

How we use it

• To review your enquiry and route it to the company best placed to respond.
• To share the relevant details with the selected company or companies so they can contact you.
• To send occasional updates only if you ticked the separate, optional box.

What we do not do

• We do not put names, emails or referral details into page addresses or analytics.
• We do not contact a person you referred unless you confirmed they agreed to an introduction.
• We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to updates at any time, by replying to any message you receive from us about your enquiry.
